The Cruiseman is a national travel agency specializing in cruises. We also offer all-inclusive resorts and flight/hotel vacations domestically and throughout the world. The Cruiseman has existed since 1994. My office is located in Nixa, MO at the address below.
My main goal is to assist you in the planning of your next vacation and to make the arrangements on your behalf with the cruise line or resort of your choice. We take pride in giving our clients personal and complete service. I personally handle all of your calls. I will return your call within 2 business days or asap if I am on a cruise myself. At that point one of my independent contractor agents will assist you or gather information for me to assist you after my return. My professional services are free to you.

Checks: When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to use information from the check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account, or to process the payment as a check transaction. You authorize us to collect a fee through electronic fund transfer from your account if your payment is returned unpaid.
Unless otherwise stated, all rates quoted on this web site are per person, double occupancy, and include port taxes. Govt. fees are usually additional. Specials do not usually last very long, so we advise that you don’t spent too much time “thinking about it”. If you see something you like, call us immediately. Rates change without notice, and your rates cannot be guaranteed until your reservation is actually booked. The Cruise Lines can / will pull specials right out from under us with no notice. The Cruiseman cannot be held responsible for misprints or rate changes. Note: Some cruise taxes can change after you have made your reservation. We have no control over these changes, of course. All arrangements made by The Cruiseman are subject to the current “Terms & Conditions” of the specific cruise line. The “Terms & Conditions” of each cruise line are printed in their current brochures and posted & updated on their web sites. The traveler is responsible for compliance with these “Terms & Conditions” .
The Cruiseman cannot and does not assume any responsibility or liability for the traveler’s lack of adherance of, or violation of any of the cruise line’s “Terms & Conditions”. Since the cruise lines can change their “Terms & Conditions” without notice, The Cruiseman is not, and cannot be responsible for such changes. The “Terms & Conditions” of each cruise line includes their cancellation penalties, which can also be changed without notice. Cancellation penalties usually begin immediately after final payment is made, and increase up to 100%, depending on when you cancel your reservation. Typos: Inadvertent typographical errors on this website or on your invoice are not binding. We will correct the typo when it is caught and send you a new invoice with the appropriate corrections.
The Cruiseman is a travel agency acting as an intermediary or agent for suppliers, such as air carriers, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, ground transportation companies, and other independent firms. The Cruiseman does not own or operate any of these firms; therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers or cruise directors, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions or group members.
The Cruiseman cannot guarantee acceptable performance by any of these firms, or our cruise directors, and each participant agrees not to hold The Cruiseman liable for the quality of services and the condition or cleanliness of the accommodations. Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your ticket, invoice or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such suppliers’ rates, bookings, services or reservations. Your retention of tickets, boarding passes, reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent of the above, and an agreement on your part to convey the contents hereto to your travel companions or group members.
The Cruiseman herein gives notice that we cannot be responsible for any disruption of travel and/or unrest, labor problems, mechanical or construction difficulties, climatic aberrations, acts of God, war, diseases, or any other circumstances beyond its control.
