Strengths: Variety of shore excursions. Smooth embarkation and debarkation. Itinerary. Nice dining rooms. Staff.

Weaknesses: Entertainment. Dining room service was rushed. Conference area not large enough. Limited activities.

Observations: Attractive ship, in and out. It's a good ship and was an enjoyable cruise, but could be improved. Everything above average. Waiters very friendly. The Captain was a great ambassador for the cruise line. Staff was very accommodating. Need more fresh Alaskan cuisine. Small storage space and shower stalls. No laundry facilities. Room service good.
