Even
more baloney!!! This
week we got another one of those emails from an on-line seller of
cruises. This email said "We have slashed prices"!!
Translation: The Cruise Lines have slashed prices.
That is nothing new. We already knew that. This agency is
trying to make it appear that they are the ones
slashing prices, which is, of course, pure 100% baloney.
Why
do we keep pointing out these deceiving ads? Because we want
our readers to be able to spot baloney when you see it.

provide our guests with a convenient and affordable air
transportation option, as well as the opportunity for those in the
Western region of the US to drive to Seattle."

calls include Skagway, Juneau and Ketchikan, as well as Victoria
Island, British Columbia and cruising Tracy Arm Fjord.
During
these sailings, the Carnival Spirit will feature an onboard
naturalist to educate guests on the region's colorful history and
point out animal and marine life from the ship's bridge.

Funnies
At the Olympics a
man went up to a competitor who was carrying a very long pole.
"Excuse me,
are you a pole vaulter?"
"Nein, I am
German," the man replied.
"But how did
you know my name ist Walter?"
Tip
of the week
Pre-cruise stays are key to unwinding before the cruise and avoiding
unnecessary stress in getting to the ship on time.

Business with the
cruiseman is always the best experience. He answers all of our
questions immediately online and believe me, although we have
cruised with him 7 times, we always have plenty of
questions. Cruiseman finds us exactly the cruise we are looking
for each and every time. His price includes everything when he gives
you a quote, that is hard to find on most websites. He walks
you through the process of getting ready for your cruise,
registering for it, etc. We recommend him to all our friends
and family, and once he has booked a vacation for them,
they too will go nowhere else for their cruise plans.

worldwide destinations -- Hawaii, Polynesia,
Tahiti, & The South Pacific |
|
Who hasn't dreamed of escaping to
a tropical island paradise in the South Pacific? As it turns out,
there are literally thousands of them, including some famous in
legend, song and literature and the model for the fictional Bali Hai
that still symbolizes this region of the world to many people.
Although these islands seem very
far away, they're actually only a few hours away from the West Coast
of North America by air, and with a number of cruise options
available - including three-, four- and seven-night and longer
sailings, it's actually possible to fit paradise into a week's
vacation. Seven-day cruises among the Hawaiian Islands generally sail
from Honolulu, but several lines offer longer itineraries calling in
Hawaii from Ensenada, Mexico, and Vancouver, B.C., before and after
the summer Alaska cruise season.
A number of Polynesian island
cruises depart from Papeete, Tahiti, though some also operate from
Raiatea and a few ships call here and in Hawaii on trans-Pacific and
world cruise itineraries.

"Express Docs provide all the same information our guests expect
and will also help them finalize vacation plans much quicker and they
provide greater flexibility in providing copies for family and
friends," said Richard D. Meadows, CTC, executive vice
president, marketing, sales and guest programs.
