The whole idea behind these incentives is that we are helping the
hotels fill up
their empty rooms with live bodies. The hotels DO NOT want rooms to
sit empty!
They know that your customers will spend money in the gift shop or
the restaurant,
and, if they like the hotel, they will come back again at the regular
price, and
they will also tell their friends about the property! It's just good business.
Your customers are not required to attend any time-share or other sales presentations of any kind.
NO - free airfare is not included with any of these packages.
Customers expenses will include transportation to the vacation
location, items
of a personal nature, meals, and local taxes. Most packages require a refundable
deposit - which is to guarantee that they actually show up for their
reservation. This
deposit will be refunded after the vacation. If they do not show up
for their reservation
they will lose their deposit.
Reservations are not made directly with the hotels. They are
handled for us by
a very experienced fullfilment company. They have contracts with the various
hotels, and it is their business to make the reservations and send a confirmation
slip to the customer.
If your customer will follow the instructions on the vacation package
they will
receive their vacation, as promised, with no problems.
An advanced reservation period of 60 days is required on most of our Vacation
Packages. This allows ample time to make the reservation and send the customer
a confirmation slip in plenty of time before they plan to leave for
their vacation.
Prices are PER PACKAGE, and each package is good for TWO ADULTS.
